This is easier for tasting and also if you require the sponges to be posted to ensure that they still arrive in a great condition after travelling.
The sponges still taste the same and are easier to bake for one off batches for freshness rather than batch producing loads of wedding samples and freezing the finger slices we like you to try the cake flavours as fresh as possible just like your Wedding Cake will be :)
